Sejda PDF
The PDF editor that punches above its weight on the free tier.
About Sejda PDF
Sejda is a full PDF workbench with a real in-browser PDF editor, page tools, forms and signing. The free tier allows a limited number of tasks per hour with size caps, which is enough for occasional editing without paying.
Best for: Use this when you need to actually edit PDF text or fill forms, not just merge or compress.
Pros
- True PDF text editing in the browser
- Desktop version available for offline, local-only processing
- Clear, honest free tier limits published up front
Cons
- Free tier caps tasks per hour and file sizes
- Web version uploads files to their servers (they document a deletion window)
