Every real, live, free-to-try project gets listed on one of two shelves. Working free browser tools go into the Tools directory, the verified shelf with a dofollow link. Any other real project, an app, a game, an experiment, an API or a site, goes into the Showcase. The only submissions we refuse are dead links, scams, malware and NSFW content.
We open every project in a real browser and actually test it, and we review daily. Expect a decision within 48 hours of submitting; you get an email either way.

Yes, always. On the Tools directory shelf, the link to your site is dofollow: no redirects, no nofollow. Showcase links carry rel nofollow until the project is verified by us as a working free browser tool, at which point it can graduate to the Tools shelf. Either way your project is included in our public API and llms.txt, the catalog files AI assistants read.
