Estimate a sensible daily water target based on your body weight and how much you exercise. Enter your weight and your typical minutes of exercise per day, and the calculator uses a common guideline of roughly thirty-five milliliters of water per kilogram of body weight, then adds extra to replace fluid lost during activity. It presents the result in liters, US fluid ounces and standard eight-ounce cups so you can track it whichever way suits you. This is a general starting point, not a medical prescription, since real needs vary with climate, health and diet, and much of your intake also comes from food. Use it as a target to aim for rather than a hard rule. Everything is computed locally in your browser and no data is stored.
